Conceptualising Ideas. Part 4 of 5

There is an enormous organizational obligation by all the stakeholders to allign all activities towards realising the company's vision and mission. Goals are set and execution of tasks are established to make sure that through all levels of managerial lines, the conceptualised ideas are mobilised under careful scrutinised organizational boundaries. In doing so, this process of realization of goals must go through various stages or layers within the parameter of the organization itself before profitable products can be transformed into profit. However, the so called journey of transforming intangible visionary ideas into tangible profit is an uphill task. Why? Because, there exist a risk factor that will hinder this transformation. The formation of various functional departments are establish to smooth ride the transition. The formation of the functional department are akin to the double-edged sword. With the formation of this departments, there also exist the risk factor that could derail the transition. Below are some of the functional departments usually seen in an average set-up organisation.

 The umbrella graphic above has one message that need to take heed to. The umbrella itself plays the role as the representive of all functional departments and the graphic looks like that the formation of organisation's concepts is being sheltered or protected from events that might derail the intention of the formulated concepts which is to bring the vision of the organisation to reality. It denotes that all functional and its sub-functional departments has the obligation to elliminate risks that could derail the conceptualised ideas by understanding the company policy, working towards meeting its objective and then by sharing the common goals, protects it in order to achieve winning solutions.
