The working environment at present had evolved dramatically since the industrial revolution era; to a more dynamic, thus organizations throughout the globe inevitably, if they want to stay profitable and relevant, should not close eyes and ignore the very fact that our current knowledge 'bank' we all keep within ourself may one day get obsolete and extincted!
