Trust me! Talking to, and extracting relevant important feedback from your employees is not by any means an easy task. But it is not impossible, either! Knowing the know-how and making the correct moves, could get you into the way of smooth retrieval of data from them.

A good organizational culture depends on its people-skill of human capital.
