Knowledge Upskilling.

As the business climate around the world constantly evolves in coherant with the ever changing business risks, corporate directors face tremendous challenges in meeting shareholders value creation objectives in particular and applying good corporate governance to all stakeholders in general.
Having said that, the corporate directors have an immediate clear and present obligation to keep abreast with those changes by acquiring latest meaningful knowledge and skill just to be relevant.
Directors should continously equip themselves with relevant knowledge in corporate governance, compliance and anti corruption field of studies if they want to provide good stewardship.
Recently I have attended such programme conducted by Malaysian Institute of Management in Kuala Lumpur.
The course is accredited by Basel institute of Governance, Switzerland.
In the picture above the facilitator is seen demonstrating her skill in front of audiences.
