I am sure that you would have encountered with many day to day operational frictions when handling human related matters in your organization. Whether you like it or not, every one of us had to make adjustments to accommodate with this issues so that work can be done without stifling. Afterall, the business policy and strategic initiatives are always to be safeguarded and respected, aren't they?
More often that not, many leaders of businesses, especially if they are in a labor intensive businesses, irrespective if they are either first line, middle or top line managers, managing employees grievances is not an easy task. Shocking as it may sound, but it is a reality not to be passed on. There is an interesting real life story that happened to me quite long ago in a labor intensive business entity.
