A good organizational culture depends on its people-skill of human capital. While they are not exhausted in numbers, the above 6 elements are noted to be quite crucial in maintaining a conducive space that enables business stewards to manage and control its plans. In my career experience, i found that people lack these skills and therefore gave rise to conflicts that had disrupted my company goals.
